Track of the Day - Tennan - Sairenz

If you are just checking in with us this week we have an amazing guest mix from UK producer and DJ DeMarzo. Earlier today in the weekly mix section we published a great interview with him along with the complete track list from his mix which is phenomenal. Make sure to check that out here. Right off the bat this mix grabs your attention due to the great first track DeMarzo selected. If it is good enough for our man Demarzo to start the mix with, why not give it some attention as our track of the day. Pulled from a recent compilation put out by 20/20 Vision recordings out of Leeds (which also happens to be DeMarzo's home town) is 'Sairenz' from newcomer to the game Tennan. 'Sairenz' is obviously a play on words as the track is characterized by a synth that when not being modulated sounds like a siren going off. The part of the track that really gets me in this track is the saw tooth synth that grinds away in time with the bass line. Gives the track a real unique sound that hits you right in the chest and flows through the rest of your body with ease. Not to shabby considering this is Tennan's first release. Right about now is where I would normally add another track for you to check out, and write a little bit more about the artist who produced the Track of the Day. Seeing as how this is his first release, and it came out just a few days ago there is nothing else he has for me to share with you. He does however have a forthcoming release with Viva Music titled "Dance to the House" which has been getting support from the likes of Steve Lawler on his radio show and Cuarteo for his set at Amnesia in Ibiza. I will definitely be looking forward to that release. For now enjoy today's track and plenty more like it in this weeks guest mix from Demarzo.
