LAMP Weekly Mix #102 feat. MR PUZL

It's been too long but we're glad he's back! MR PUZL brings the fucking thunder with his return to the ‪#‎weeklymix‬ series. He's hand picked some slamming tracks from the Audiophile XXL crew, speaker destroyers from the Main Course Snacks collection, Fiya from the Black Butter Records fam and a whole host of chunky house beats from the likes of Arms & Legs, [ MIX FEED ] and many more!

"LAMP has grown extensively over the past year and we've seen a lot of things change in the local landscape across the board for the music industry. New collectives are popping up, a new crop of event promoters have made their mark on the nightlife and day party scenes, and best of all another wave of exciting producers have set foot on the concrete jungle. As we continue to curate, produce and release music for our fan base we can never loose sight of what this part of LAMP's existence constitutes, pure unsolicited showcases.Between PZB and I there is an unspoken rule about putting out mixes, don't reuse tracks from previous mixes of that year (we strive for ever). The reason we take that approach is to challenge ourselves to sift through the endless amount of fantastic music out there and also curate mixes that tell a cohesive story. I'll have to come clean on this mix though... I used a track from Closed Caption's Guest Mix from about a month ago, it's an unreleased tune called 'Pump That' by Juany Bravo & BIJOU and as many of you DJs and producers know that sometimes a track fits so nicely into your set or mix that it's hard to avoid playing it!
