Track of the Day: TUNGKYSS - Yuma

Switching things up a just a bit today form Shark Faicol's guest mix. We are taking things over to Sweden today and the Solkyss label for the track of the day. In one of my recent digging sessions I came across today's track 'Yuma' by TUNGKYSS. Not to difficult to put together what either of these terms would mean in English but just try and pronounce them properly. An uplifting track with a deep melodic baseline and lots of warm synths flowing throughout the track giving it plenty of atmosphere. Great for those late night sessions under the stars, whether it be in the forests of Sweden or the deserts of the Southwest U.S. Make sure to check this remix by one of Spain's best Pablo Bolivar as well.TUNKYSS from what I could discern is a product of the collaborative efforts behind the artists that are a part of the Solkyss label. The label itself is very similar to us here at LAMP in that they are a group of similar minded individuals that were looking for a platform to share the amazing music they are making. Consisting of founding members Tor Rossing Öberg and Nicolai Zellmani, who produce under the name Coronal Loop. The label also includes artists Ensam – Sam Clayton andParesse – Ivan Bergren. According to an interview I read with them from Labels with Love: "Solkyss is not a conventional organization nor is it a two man show. Tor and Nicolai describe it rather as a constantly shifting collective of fantastic people working together over shorter or longer periods of time." They have a produced a very nice catalog of music in a short period of time. Make sure to check it out when you get a chance. I'm a big fan of 'New Age' off this EP as well. Enjoy and in case you missed it check out Sharky's mix down below to keep your house rocking as well.A
