Track of the Day: 'The Clown' (Tom Demac Remix) - Maribou State & Pedestrian

Fresh off of the new album release 'Portraits' last month Pedestrian and Maribou State's 'The Clown' gets the remix treatment from Tom Demac. If you haven't had a chance to check out the original I have it posted below and strongly recommend having a listen to it. A finely woven melody combined with their signature sultry vocals make it quite enjoyable to the ears. Tom Demac takes his production skills and adds a little more kick (pun intended) to the track. Making it much more friendly for the dance floor. It's a standard four on the floor kick that has sort of a crunchy baseline feel that fills out the track and gives it a delightful texture. Add in a whole new percussive suite while maintaining the melodic tones and haunting vocal from Pedestrian in Demac's new arrangement and you've got a tune to keep you moving till the wee hours of the morning.
