Azari & III - Reckless (Disciples Remix)

Disciples revisit Azari & III's 'Reckless (With Your Love)' with resounding success as they deliver heart pounding basslines and uptempo beats that rise out of the deepest corners of your favorite warehouse speakers. The original released almost 3 years ago was a fantastic ode to the classics that created a timeless soundscape that both young and old house fans could enjoy. Disciples return to the remix game with what has been their most promising and exciting production to date. Stripped down to the vocal stems and rebuilt layer upon layer, the track thrives off of it's incredibly dark but welcoming bassline groove. The opening bars deliver a full and meaty kick with shaker and snare along for the ride. Soft washes and the iconic vocals of Azari & III singers began to peer through. As the track builds all the percussive elements are pulled back except for a soft tambourine and echoing chorus line, setting up the listener for wonderfully executed drop. The phenomenal bass sounds are expertly crafted and cleverly arranged among a collection of other synths and sound effects, perfected with a delicate sensibility but grittiness that gives the track attitude. This track is honestly a must have for those late night warehouse sessions or desert adventures with your friends.Check the original by Azari & III below:London trio Disciples have been creating quite the stir over the last year. The fruits of their label have resulted in the recent signing to FFRR records, and nods from the industry's biggest names. Pete Tong personally got in on the action listing their latest single 'They Don't Know' as an Essential tune and even contributing his own remix to the collection that boasts reworks by Sirus Hoos and Justin Jay as well. Disciples have a unique production process in that they shy away from the traditional producer / guest vocalist format and with 'They Don't Know' they ended up writing, producing and singing every element of it. This collaborative environment really sets them apart from other multi-artist producer and DJ groups and can only speak to a greater potential outside of the traditional club format. In Milan van OoijenDeep House Amsterdam - Disciples he delves deeper into the dynamic an quotes one of the member's Duvall on his own perceptions of this: “Gavin has an ear for percussion and beat-driven music, and I have an ear for melody and musical chorus and stuff like that, so the contrast complements each other. And Luke is fantastic with arrangement and is quick on his feet with lyrics.”. With only a year under their belt, Disciples have a long road ahead of them but it's obviously they'll have plenty of signs to point them in the right direction along the way.Check out more by the Disciples below:Listen to this and other tracks from our recent Guest Mix by Templeton:Enjoy,MR PUZL
