Templeton delivers a powerful house mix stacked full of dancefloor jams to cap off an incredible yearlong Weekly Mix series. It's been a fantastic run this year, and we couldn't have thought of anyone more appropriate to end our #weeklymix series than Templeton. We've been working with this extremely talented producer this year on a variety of fronts and so pleased to have him on our roster. His mix this week ranges from powerful vocals sample to bass heavy house beats with a very special preview of his own track with Romy Ancona sprinkled in for good measure. After releasing a series of phenomenal remixes this year Templeton (including a HypeM favorite remix of The Soundmen's 'Bermuda') will be gearing up for a series of originals and more floor stomping reworks to open up his catalogue for 2015.About Templeton:Greg Gonzalez, aka Templeton, is a producer and DJ from San Francisco now living in Los Angeles. Ever evolving and honing his sound, his music draws inspiration from the Italo Disco his parents played during his youth, to the catchy bass lines and minimalism of 90s House. A current love for Nu Disco and Indie Dance, matched with the influence of modern Australian and UK artists, drive a distinct style into his tracks. It’s immediately clear that Templeton is no new face to production, with a keen sense for detail and pristine polish on everything he puts out.With a successful string of work already released, Templeton is wasting no time making a name for himself. His debut single Search made a big splash last year, even landing a spot on Spain-based tastemakers Y Este Finde Qué’s ‘Summer Compilation 2013.’ This year, he’s making waves with widely received remixes of Banks, Goldroom, Just Friends, Boys Get Hurt, and most notably Blondfire’s Walking With Giants, which received over 50k plays on Soundcloud and hit top 10 on the Hype Machine charts.
