LAMP Weekly Mix #68 feat. Jacob Millar

Jacob Millar returns to our studios with a eclectic mix featuring deep ambient sounds, rocking tech house beats, and choice vocal house cuts. We were pleasantly surprised when Jake delivered his mix to us for this week, especially as it offered up a different side to the track selections we've heard from him in the past. Opening up his set with 'Feel Me' by Sonder was a real treat to listen to, with it's silky basslines and sultry vocal samples. This mix does a great job of guiding us on Millar's storyline while he also cleverly traverses some complex and exciting genre shifts. We've been privy to some insider knowledge that he has some solo tracks in the works as well as more goodies from his collaboration project Brooks and Millar.If you didn't hear the awesome news, their breakout track 'Big Daddy' was released on Perfect Driver's latest compilation 'Swerve' earlier this year.
