With so much music released on a daily basis it is hard to keep track of it all. Between the artists labels they own and run and those that they choose to release music on because they have so much they gotta put it out some where or they just wind up sitting on it. Today we are going to throw it back about 6 months to a couple of dudes who have been featured here in the past but not for quite sometime, Andre Salmon along with remix artist Will Clarke. In July Repopulate Mars headed up by Lee Foss released this fantastic EP from Ecuadorian Andre Salmon who we featured here a couple of years ago on a remix he did for Zukre. His Latest EP 'Feel the Fire' has two new originals along with remixes of 'Feel the Fire' from Volkoder and Will Clarke (The focus of our Track of the Day). Get ready for the walls to start vibrating as Clarke the renown Dirtybird player gets extremely boomy and bassy with this super funkin remix. A crunchy sort of high hat and beefy kick start off the groove as the catchy vocal from the original loops in the background. We don't have to wait to long for the track to get going either before Clarke drops a ridiculously massive bass line on us and takes the track to another level. I really like how he breaks the track up in the middle with the horn synths rising falling in pitch, while layering and echoing on top of themselves. Definitely a sleeper that slipped through the the cracks.
