Track of the Day feat. Go Freek and Eyes Everywhere

LAMP-trackoftheday-jmillarFor those of you that think this week is not going by fast enough Jacob Millar comes back today with some bumpin tunes. Today were featuring a technorific tune by Go Freek off of Sweat It Out! and a bass heavy production from Eyes Everywhere.

Take You Higher - Go Freek

It's no surprise really that Sweat It Out! got a hold of this track and released it. Labeling their tracks as #GutterTech, this Australian Duo really have honed in their own sound within the techno/tech house genre. Originally self-released on a 3 track EP "Bump In The Night", Sweat It Out revisited this tune along with "Lava Lamp" to create a new 4 track EP. The track opens with a thumping kick and snare combo that immediately dives into a deep dark techno vocal loop that sets up perfectly for a superb cacophony of sharp square wave stabs and lovely clock-like taps.

Marlon Bando - Eyes Everywhere

This Buffalo based duo caught the ears of Worthy and his Anabatic Records label to provide us with a wonderfully crafter bass laden tune. Stacked with 808 goodness this booty bouncing rhythmic track does little to stray from it's path but simple drop outs and breaks make it a worthwile tune for any bass/tech house dj set. Keep YOUR eyes on these two as I'm sure they'll be back with more ass shaking thunder soon!Enjoy,LAMP
