Ive had the pleasure of meeting both of these fine gentlemen on several different occasions. Justin Jay who you are all probably familiar with by now especially if you follow the Dirtybird label, and Pilo who you may not be familiar with but you should be. Pilo has been on my radar for quite a while. I first heard of him from his releases on Turbo Recordings a couple years back and his sound instantly grabbed my ear. I figured he was some German dude just just pumping out banging techno beats. Come to find out he is an extremely talented ass dude from Los Angeles. Lately he has been putting tracks out on Boys Noize as well as Main Course not to mention this latest release on Dirtybird. For those of you that don't know all of their album covers are of sexy cats!! Seriously though Adrian Hour is the shit!! I am completely down 100% with what this kid out of Argentina is trying to do. Breaking off to do his own thing from an earlier project back in 2013 he has already worked on projects with techno and house legends Mark Night, D. Ramirez and one of my personal favorites Underworld. He is signed to Toolroom and Yoshitoshi along with Suara Records. He's basically becoming a techno god when it comes to production. Definitely one to keep watching for sure. This track is one of 5 on this latest EP of his for Suara Records.
