Got this one sent to my inbox this morning from a former LAMP guest mix artist Julius Jetson. With a strong taste for all things G-house, the DC based producers has also kicked off his own label Ghetto Ghetto Records. Following up last months release for Ronzel and Black Trash's single GWAP is a 4 track remix package featuring Rod Fussy, the Bay Area's 219 Boys, Grey area and Black Trash give it their own take as well. Each one has its own appeal but that Black Trash remix is so sexy I had to go with it for our track of the day. This remix is one of those down the rabbit hole type tracks. The further down you go the deeper and more interesting it gets. For most people they will key in on the smooth vocals of Black Trash which are like butter how they just spread so smoothly all over the track. For me though I am drawn the extremely fat and juicy bass line that is a little grungy and has just a twinge of an acid vibe to it. I also really dig that subtle acid synth in the buildup before the main drop. This is the type of track that will keep the dance heads moving late through the night with those dark warehouse vibes.
