Now we've got our new website up and running it's time to start churning out those #trackoftheday posts for your ears!I'm back this week and have some real treats for our listeners and slightly extended #weeklymix prepared for Friday so make sure you stay tuned here.
Hotblade - Sona Vabos

What can I say, love the dude's work! This track shows the range that this producer has and I feel that in due time he will reap the rewards of his hard work. The house build up transitions into a great string (violin?) sequence as it progresses you almost get the sense you're listening to a futuristic disco tune.
Sky feat. Luisa Gerstein - Black Rose
[soundcloud url="https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/102936167" params="color=ff5500&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_artwork=true" width="100%" height="166" iframe="true" /]When Jesse Rose & Henrik Schwarz put out "Stop, Look & Listen" you knew there was chemistry between the two producers. Their synergy also shines through with "Sky" and in my opinion these two should be making much more music together soon if they haven't already. Their decision to feature Luisa Gerstein was excellent and her voice fits so neatly in the wonderful build up of synth upon synth (and possibly a little accordion loop too?) that kicks this track off. This song is a treat to play in any sort of medium tempo set you might be working on and you can certainly have a lot of fun messing with the filters and effects to stretch out the vocal loops and manipulate those synths.Enjoy,MR PUZL
