Track of the Day feat. Dusky and The Beatangers

We are so close to a long weekend that we can literally taste it! Today we're featuring a recent release by UK heavyhitters Dusky and another club gem by The Beatangers.

4T4 - Dusky

Personally we've been a big fan of this track when we first heard it was coming out on "ANJUNADEEP 06 SAMPLER: PART 1". Dusky have done an excellent job of providing a consistent release schedule with over 20+ tracks on Beatport just this year! This is one of those tracks coming out that year that belongs in every DJs essential house crate. The soft percussion intro reminds us of a late afternoon set on a European beach somewhere. The build is simple and is layered nicely with some choice synths, and a few stabs here and there. It almost feels as if this is a dub version for a much more intense house track. The Sampler came out this week so get on that and also check out some past releases from Dusky if you haven't already.

Gossip - The Beatangers

Yet another gem from the unstoppable Parisian duo, who are owning the G-House movement right now. A staple of the CUFF label with an arsenal of club thumping tunes, the Beatangers never disappoint. Our own MR PUZL is a huge fan and you can guarantee any mix he puts out will most likely contain at least one of their tracks. This has a wonderfully crafted vocal loop and some nicely molded bass lines with their signature kick, snare, clap combo.Enjoy,LAMP
