Mihai Popoviciu - Call Me

Today we're featuring "Call Me" a track by Mihai Popoviciu released on Poker Flat Recordings in March of last year. The Romanian born DJ and producer has had successful releases on labels like Berlin imprint Highgrade, London House label Fear of Flying, and Hudd Traxx. Popoviciu's tracks usually fall within the tech house genre and this particular one doesn't disappoint. A very dark deep groove of synths kicks off this track, accompanied by wavy high end synth stabs. It transitions into a series of ethreal vocal loops that have an almost ghostly appeal to it. Overall a wonderful, deep track suitable for those late night work sessions or your favorite neighborhood 3am warehouse party.Mihai Popoviciu's latest EP also very recently dropped on his very own label, Cyclic Records. This week we have another special guest in the house. We welcome William Blake to our studios, and he's got a great selection of tracks in store for us. After an inspiring journey to Burning Man this year, Blake returned with some fresh ideas and some of his influences are going to be in this week's mix.Check out some of his work below:Enjoy,MR PUZL
