Today we’re very excited to bring you a premiere from legendary LA producer Sweatson Klank. The track comes to us from his brand new album “Fine Lines” which released this weekend on the eminent Friends of Friends imprint. “Can’t Stop Running” comes in as track number four on the LP and not unlike the album’s cover artwork, also made by Klank himself, it is a beautiful collage of all the stylistic cues that he has made a career out of over the years. Effortlessly blending elements of House, Hip Hop, and R&B into a cohesive and sonically gripping whole, "Can’t Stop Running" takes listeners on a journey through Klank’s unique and unrivaled sound. The track starts out upbeat and groovy sonically reminiscent of Chicago House, and then slowly gives way to a cinematic and ethereal trap-inspired B-section. By the time the track is over at four minutes and seven seconds, it has covered an incredible amount of ground both from a musical and emotional standpoint, something only achievable by a masterful producer and vibe-manager like Sweatson Klank.[embed]https://soundcloud.com/lamp/lamp-premiere-sweatson-klank-cant-stop-running-friends-of-friends[/embed]Sweatson Klank’s new LP “Fine Lines” serves as the latest chapter in the artist’s storied career that has landed him on some of the worlds most prestigious stages in electronic music including Coachella, Sonar Music Festival, Wakarusa, Low End Theory and more.
